Rey  

Rey ist eine japanische Band, die 2008 beim Lantis-Label unterschrieben hat. Sie werden als "echte Anison-Band" (本 気 の ア ニ ソ ン バ ン described) für ihre Aufführungen von Anime-Titeln bezeichnet. Frontmann Kenta Harada behauptet, dass ihr Bandname sowohl von der Hironobu Kageyamas-Band Lazy als auch von der Anime-Figur Rei Ayanami stammt. Die Debütsingle der Gruppe unter Lantis wurde als erstes Endthema von Tomica Hero Rescue Fire verwendet. Rey war auch auf dem Lantiss-Compilation-Album Gundam Tribute von Lantis enthalten, das "Stand Up to the Victory", das erste Eröffnungsthema für Mobile Suit V Gundam, abdeckte.
